Poynting WLAN-61 dual band WiFi Directional MiMo Antenna 11 dbi

This new Poynting WLAN-61 Dual band Directional 4x4 MiMo Wi-Fi antenna can connect to any Wi-Fi access point, new or old. With this antenna, where there is a high concentration of Wi-Fi equipment, you can switch to a different Wi-Fi band. In this way, the Wi-Fi traffic is distributed over several frequency bands, increasing performance and flexibility. 

The WLAN-61 is a 4x4 MiMo (multiple input- multiple output) antenna with a gain of 9 dBi on the 2.4 GHz band and 11 dBi on the 5 GHz band. This high gain makes the antenna very suitable for point to point connections and environments where many Wi-Fi devices are present. The WLAN-61 has 4 MiMo antennas so that 4 independent data streams are possible. This allows this antenna to be used in 2x2, 3x3 and 4x4 MiMo configurations.

The housing is made of the impact-resistant and chemical-resistant ABS plastic and is therefore very suitable for use in demanding environments. There is space in the housing to mount your own electronics such as a modem. The antenna cable is screwed directly onto the antenna via a cable gland. This prevents unnecessary signal loss.
