1. What do we do with your personal data?

1.1 General

1.1.1 Newsletter

When registering for our digital newsletter, we ask you for your name, e-mail address and date of birth. With your permission, we use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter several times a week, containing information about our organization, products, promotions and news related to our range. In addition, we can send you customer satisfaction surveys. In order to send you a newsletter that is as relevant as possible, we tailor the content of our newsletter as much as possible to your online surfing and reading behavior on our own websites and other online expressions and purchasing behaviour. In addition, we can see in statistics whether the email is opened and which advertisements from the newsletter are clicked on. If you have registered for our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. You can unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.

1.1.2 Protection of our systems

For the comfortable use of our website/application, analysis of the security and stability of the system and to protect our systems, it is possible that we store access data in the form of log files of every visit to our website. These log files consist of:

1.2 Business Buildings


1.2.1 Camera surveillance

We use camera surveillance in our business premises. We do this to secure our property and protect our employees, customers and suppliers. We also want to use camera surveillance to prevent or detect criminal offenses or unlawful behaviour. We have a legitimate interest in doing so as we want to provide a safe and secure environment for anyone who enters our premises.

1.2.2 retention period

We store camera images in the system for 7 days and are then automatically overwritten. If a (possible) incident has taken place, the images can be stored for longer than 7 days after approval from the Data Protection Officer. The images are then kept for as long as necessary to resolve the (possible) incident.

1.3 Webshop


1.3.1 My Webshop Account

You can also create an account in our webshop when placing your order. By entering your e-mail address, (optionally) your telephone number and a self-chosen password (hereinafter referred to as 'registration data'), you will save time on your next purchase and you will also benefit from the agreed discount. You can use your account for several ICMT online services, without having to register each time. In addition, you can view and change the data stored about you in your customer account at any time and, for example, save items permanently for later purchase.

The legal basis for ICMT to process your e-mail address, (optionally) your telephone number and a self-chosen password is the execution of the agreement. This information is necessary to create a customer account, with which you can benefit from a personal discount from ICMT.

The registration data will be kept by us as long as you use your ICMT account resp. it is not deleted by you.

1.3.2 Processing & Deliver Order

For the purpose of processing and delivering your order, we process your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and payment method. Optionally, you can provide your telephone number. We only use this telephone number if this is necessary to contact you about your order.
The transport organization takes care of the delivery of your order. The delivery can take place in different ways. You can choose to have the order delivered to your own address. As soon as the order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a link from the transport organization in which you can track the delivery of your order. Another possibility is to specify an alternative address. We will use this address for the delivery of your order to a third party chosen by you. You also have the option of opting for a collection point delivery. In order to notify you when the order is delivered, the transport company uses your e-mail address to send you information about the delivery.

Depending on the chosen payment method iDeal, Maestro, Afterpay, Bancontact, Sofort, VISA, Mastercard, Paypal or Giropay, we will forward you to the relevant payment service provider after completing the order. There, after entering your access data, you can instruct the service provider to carry out the payment. If you order on account, it is in our interest that you pay for your order on time, i.e. within the agreed payment term. If you do not fulfill your payment obligation and fail to do so, we can forward your personal data for collection to our collection agency to settle the payment.

1.3.3 Return

To return your ordered product(s), you need a return slip. You can request this via the withdrawal form on the relevant website, by calling our customer service or by e-mail. After receipt and approval of the return notification, you can print a return label via the transport organization.

1.3.4 retention period

We keep your order and delivery details until any warranty and warranty rights have expired. After this period has expired, we store the data required under commercial and tax law for the period required by law. During this period, the data will only be used for inspection by the tax authorities and at your request.

If you subsequently find that (by means of your right of access) the personal data that we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can request us to amend or supplement the data. Via your own account on the website, you can change this information quickly and easily at any time by going to 'login details' and clicking on the 'change account' menu option.

4.3 Right to erasure of personal data
