Poynting WLAN-60 dual band WiFi Directional Antenna 18 dbi

This new Poynting WLAN-60 Dual band Directional Wi-Fi antenna can connect to any WiFi access point, new or old. With this antenna, where there is a high concentration of Wi-Fi equipment, you can switch to a different Wi-Fi band. In this way, the Wi-Fi traffic is distributed over several frequency bands, which increases performance and flexibility. 

The WLAN-60 is a Si-So (single input-Single output) antenna with a gain of 13 dBi on the 2.4 GHz band and 18 dBi on the 5 GHz band. This high gain makes the antenna very suitable for point-to-point connections and environments where many Wi-Fi devices are present. In addition, the WLAN-60 can also operate on the 3.5 GHz WiMax band, which means that it can actually be called a TRI-band antenna.

The housing is made of the impact-resistant and chemical-resistant ABS plastic and is therefore very suitable for use in demanding environments. There is space in the housing to mount your own electronics such as a modem.
