Returning and exchanging

1. Register your return on our website via the withdrawal form.
2. After receiving and approval of the return notification, you can print a return label via myparcel.
3. Prepare your package for the "return journey" and send it via a PostNL point of your choice.
4. The package is received and assessed by us. You will receive an e-mail with our findings. If the return is received in good order, you will receive a credit note with the amount that will be refunded within 14 days.
5. In the event that the return does not meet the return conditions, you will receive a proposal from us about how to handle it.
6. In the event of an exchange, the new product will be sent after settlement.

Travel everywhere with the best solution.

The return costs are for you as a customer. These costs can possibly be paid online when registering the package at MyParcel. The risk of returning the product also lies with the customer. It is therefore wise to send the package with a track-and-trace code.

Custom-made products cannot be returned. This also applies to items that have been specially ordered for you in large numbers after receipt of a prototype. Open box and discounted items may also not be returned.

After receipt of the returned products, it is checked whether they meet the requirements. If the product meets the requirements, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.

In the event of a decrease in value of the product, the entire amount will not be refunded. Depreciation is based on the following three factors:

  • Damage to the product
  • Damage to the packaging
  • Completeness of the product

In the event of an exchange, we will send the new product back to you on the day of receipt.

  • Undamaged
  • Complete in original packaging
  • Provided with invoice or packing slip
  • Reported as a return within 14 days of receipt

In the event of damage or loss of the return shipment, it will be partially (damage) or not (loss) reimbursed by us.
