Teltonika Eye Beacon ATEX gecertificeerd

The Teltonika Eye Beacon ATEX is a low energy Bluetooth ID beacon. The Teltonika Eye Beacon can be used in various applications such as tracking deliveries and monitoring various mobile objects in logistics such as trailers and containers, as well as for indoor applications such as tracking items or objects in warehouses, hospitals and transport. In addition, thanks to its ATEX certified housing, it is now possible to track the location of transport and equipment in hazardous environments such as oil and gas, chemical or pharmaceutical production.

The Teltonika ATEX Eye Beacons are small in size and have an IP67 impact resistant plastic housing that is extra reinforced to allow them to be used in demanding conditions. The housing is ATEX Zone 1 (II 2 G Ex ib IIC T6 Gb) certified. The sensors are compact and can therefore be easily mounted in 4 different ways.

Each Teltonika Eye beacon has a unique identification number. This number can be used, for example, for authentication and electronic date and time stamping. This is all done automatically, so the user does not have to do anything. Ideal for a variety of applications where items need to be checked for operation or protected against theft.

Eye Beacons ATEX can also be used indoors as unique location markers. It is possible to create beacon transmission zones. When a vehicle with a GPS/FM tracker enters a zone, its location is tracked with high accuracy. If a vehicle operates both indoors and outdoors, it will be tracked outdoors by the GNSS signal and indoors by the beacons. This solution is ideal for warehouses where goods, vehicles and employees need to be tracked in real time. The solution provides process analysis, anti-theft, accident prevention and indoor navigation.
