Teltonika BLE ID Eye Sensor (BTSMP1)

The Teltonika BLE ID Eye Sensor is a Low Energy Bluetooth ID beacon with sensor. The Teltonika Eye Sensor can be used in various applications, including tracking of deliveries and monitoring of various movable objects in logistics such as trailers and containers. The Eye sensor is equipped with 4 sensors, Temperature, Humidity, Accelerometer (Movement) and magnet detection. Thanks to these sensors, the Eye sensor is also ideal for applications where monitor on these products is of great importance.

The Teltonika Eye sensors are small in size and have a high-impact plastic IP67 housing which makes the sensors resistant to salt water, severe weather conditions and vandalism. Due to its strong housing, small size and convenient mounting holes, the Eye beacon offers various mounting options. For example, it can be attached with screws, glued with self-adhesive tape and it is possible to attach to a key chain.

The Teltonika Eye sensor, in combination with a Teltonika GPS tracker, is an ideal solution for monitoring the temperature or humidity in a room or vehicle. The vehicle's GPS tracker receives measurements from each sensor and sends this data as an iBeacon or Eddystone profile to a server for analysis in conjunction with current temperature, humidity and GNSS location data. The Teltonika Eye sensor features convenient FM firmware features and event scenarios that help sort, monitor, manage and optimize your application. For example, you can set a temperature range. If the actual temperature of the room or vehicle is higher or lower, a notification will be sent. In this way, immediate action can be taken.

The Teltonika Eye sensor is also suitable for securing vehicles and cargo. This allows you to keep an eye on when a vehicle is moving or when doors are being opened via the sensor's motion and magnet detection. With the Eye sensor and magnet accessory, you can quickly and easily create an ideal security. Mount the magnet accessory on top of a vehicle door with the sensor close to a position where the door closes. When the door of the vehicle is opened, the sensor detects that the magnet has disappeared and sends a notification. When the door closes again, the magnet is blocked again and the sensor sends another notification.

The Teltonika Eye sensors are easy to configure and monitor via the Teltonika Eye mobile app. Through a simple scan, the available Eye products are quickly found and you can set up smart filters and protocol configurations (Eddystone, iBeacon, Teltonika) of your sensors. Thus, you can optimize performance of the sensors and ensure that they are always in operation.
